  • 39004 Softening Agent is specially modified with natural vegetable fatty acids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Without hydroprocessing, it has a high unsaturated fatty acid content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It can be applied in the hydrophilic, soft and fluffy process for fabrics of cotton, Rayon, Modal, synthetic fibers and their blends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It is especially suitable for polyester\/cotton fabric, which can improve its bulkiness, softness and hand-grabbing rebound resilience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It is more suitable for the finishing process of a “natural cotton” handle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Softening Agent Instruction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. 39004 Softening Agent is a high-concentration product. Kindly suggest diluting it with a ratio of 1:9 with water and then using it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Diluting: Please add 450kg softening water into the container, slowly add 50kg 39004 Softening Agent, and then stir it for 20 minutes. Filter and then use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Padding process (Dyeing and softening in the same bath): Reference dosage of diluted 39004: 5~15% (o.w.f)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Bath ratio: 1:5~1:10<\/li>\n\n\n\n
