Hydrophilic Finishing Agent Instruction

1.Exhaust process:

Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:20

Process: 40~50℃×10~20min → Dewater → Drying (100~120℃)

2.Padding process:

Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L.

Stenter: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃×60~90s.
