Sequestering and Dispersing Agent Description:

11034 is mainly composed of an organic polycarboxylate complex.

It can combine with heavy metal ions, as calcium ions, magnesium ions, and iron ions, etc. to form stable complexes and block the metal ions.

It has high chelating value and stable chelating ability for heavy metal ions, as calcium ions, magnesium ions and iron ions, etc. Especially under the condition of high temperature, strong alkali, oxidizing agent and electrolyte, it can achieve stable chelating function, which meets the requirements of high efficiency and short process.

It can be applied in each process of scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing, soaping and finishing, etc.

Sequestering and Dispersing Agent Features:

  • Biodegradable. Contains no phosphate, ETDA, or DTPA, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
  • Stable in high temperatures, alkali and electrolytes. Good oxidation resistance.
  • Excellent dispersing effect for dyes. Can keep the stability of bath and prevent coagulation of dyes, impurities or dirt, etc.
  • Good anti-scale effect. Can disperse dirt and impurities and prevent their sedimentation in equipment.

Instruction:
