Principle of Quick Drying Finishing
Quick drying agent can introduce hydrophilic molecular chains to the surface of polyester fibers to improve the surface energy of the fibers, so that the water can spread rapidly on the fiber surface and diffuse over a larger area through the capillary effect, thereby achieving rapid absorption and evaporation.
This finishing not only solves the traditional defect of “holding sweat and not breathable” of polyester, but also further imparts fabrics following performance:

Application Process
Quick Drying Agent can be applied in exhaust process or padding process:
Exhaust process:
- Dosage: 1.0~4.0% o.w.f
- Process: 40~50℃ × 20–30 min → Dewater and dry → Stentering (160~190℃)
Padding process：
- Dosage: 10~50 g/L
- Process: Dipping and padding twice (Pickup: 65~75%) → Stentering (160~190℃)
