Cotton Hydro-Silicone (58% Concentrate) Instruction

1. وهي مناسبة لعملية الحشو والعادم.
2. It is high content block silicone oil. It cannot be directly used on fabrics. So it has to be emulsified and diluted before applying on textiles. It is easy to emulsify and dilute with normal equipment and process.
3. يُرجى تحضير جميع المواد الكيميائية قبل صنع محلول العمل.
4. يوصى باستخدام ماء التليين (الماء منزوع الأيونات) للتخفيف. إذا لم يكن هناك ماء مخفف (ماء منزوع الأيونات)، يرجى إجراء اختبار ثبات قبل صنع المحلول العملي.
5. طريقة الاستحلاب:

   • (1)Formulation (about 20% microemulsion):

     • Silicone Softener 72128: 100
     • Acetic acid + Water 1: 1 + 50 (Dissolve the acetic acid in the water.)
     • Water 2: 250
     • (أضف المواد الحافظة إذا لزم الأمر)
     • Total: 301 parts

   • (2)Emulsifying Process:

     • Stir Silicone Softener 72128 evenly and then use.
     • Slowly add Acetic acid + Water 1 and stir it fully and evenly for 20 minutes.
     • Add about 2/10 Water 2 and stir it fully for 10 minutes.
     • Add about 2/10 Water 2 and stir it fully for 5 minutes.
     • يُضاف الماء المتبقي الماء 2 ويُقلّب بالكامل لمدة 5 دقائق.
     • Place it for defoam and filter. Adjust the pH value to 4~6. The transparent microemulsion is obtained.

6. عملية التليين:

   • عملية الحشو:

     • للأقمشة الخفيفة والرقيقة، الجرعة المرجعية: 10 ~ 20 جم/لتر
     • بالنسبة للأقمشة الثقيلة والسميكة، الجرعة المرجعية: 20 ~ 30 جم/لتر
     • أفضل نطاق أس هيدروجيني لمحلول العمل: 6.0~7.0
     • التبطين والغمس (الالتقاط: 70 ~ 90%) → 160 ~ 170 ℃ × 60 ~ 90 ثانية

   • عملية العادم:

     • الجرعة المرجعية: 1.0~3.0% (owf)
     • نسبة الحمام: 1:20
     • المعالجة: 40 ~ 50 ℃ × 10 ~ 20 دقيقة ← نزح المياه ← التجفيف (100 ~ 120 ℃)
