Efficient Oil-Removing and Anti-Staining Degreasing Agent for Knitted Fabrics

Degreasing Agent Features：

• Excellent effect of emulsifying, scouring, dispersing, preventing stains, degreasing and penetrating, etc.
• Can be used for continuous open-width degreasing and scouring in acid conditions. Effectively prevents white spots without polluting equipment.
• Mild property. Removes impurities effectively without damaging fibers.
• Excellent removing effect for silicone oil in spandex spinning oil, chemical fiber heavy oil and oil gauze.

Degreasing Agent Instruction：

1. Continuous open-width degreasing and scouring process:

• Bath: reference dosage of 11003: 1~2 g/L; reference dosage of white spot preventing agent: 0.2~0.3 g/L
• Reference process: First unit for bath (80~85℃) → Second unit for bath (90 ~ 95℃)→ Third unit for soft water (60℃) → Fourth to seventh unit for soft water (25℃)

2. Batch-type degreasing and scouring in dyeing bath:

• Bath: reference dosage of 11003: 1~2 g/L; reference dosage of white spot preventing agent: 0.2~0.3 g/L
• Bath ratio: 1:10~1:20
• Reference process: 25℃ → 95~98℃×30min → Water washing for 1~2 times
