Mechanism of Bio-polishing Enzyme
Bio-polishing enzyme is mainly composed of cellulase. In the nearly neutral or slightly acidic condition, it can selectively degrade the fuzz and broken fibers on the surface of the fibers without damaging the main structure of the fibers. Its action process is as follows:
- Removes the flocks and micro-fuzz on the surface of yarn.
- Reduces pilling caused by friction.
- Improves the surface smoothness and reflective rate, enhances the luster of the fabric and makes the fabric surface more silky.
- Improves the drapability and softness of fabric.
