Emulsifying Scouring Agent Instruction
It is a high-concentration product. Kindly suggest diluting it by a ratio of 1:3~1:5 with softened water.
Degreasing for chemical fiber fabrics:
| Diluted 11079: | 1~2 g/L |
| Sodium carbonate: | 0~1 g/L |
| 95~98℃×30min → Water washing → Neutralizing | |
Scouring for cotton fabrics:
| Diluted 11079: | 1~1.5 g/L |
| Caustic soda: | 0.5~2 g/L |
| Sequestering agent: | 0~1 g/L |
| 27.5% hydrogen peroxide: | 3~6 g/L |
| 95~98℃×60min → Water washing | |
