Product Description of Hydrophilic Agent

• 66302 is a hydrophilic modified imine “starlike” polyamine resin.
• At high temperatures, it can form a stable crosslinking net structure, which can form a dense water-like gelatinous hydrophilic film with the fabric. The film has excellent durable and washable performance, which can impart fabrics durable and long-lasting hydrophilic performance.
• It is suitable for various kinds of fabrics.
• It is especially suitable for durable moisture absorption and quick drying finishing for high-grade nylon fabrics.
• It can be applied in the hydrophilic cool core finishing for nylon witha big dosage.
• It is also suitable for washable hydrophilic finishing for cotton and cotton blends, as well as the washable hydrophilic and non-ironing finishing for high-grade men’s shirts.

Features of Hydrophilic Agent

1. Environmentally-friendly. Contains no prohibited substances, as APEO or formaldehyde, etc.
2. Imparts fabrics with long-lasting moisture absorption and quick-drying performance. Washable for more than 20 times.
3. Can solve the weakening of hydrophilicity of dark-colored nylon fabrics due to fixing.
4. Improves the abrasive resistance. Can protect fibers from mechanical damage and improve the anti-pilling performance.
5. High stability. In the dyeing process nylon, can be used directly in a dyeing bath. Also can be used in the dipping process after fixing.
6. With a big dosage, can be applied in the hydrophilic and cool core finishing for nylon.
7. Good compatibility with silicon oil. Can improve the hydrophilicity of silicone oil.

1. Padding process:

• Reference dosage: 5~20 g/L
• Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃ × 60~90s

2.Dipping process:

• Reference dosage: 0.5~2.0% (o.w.f)
• Process: After fixing, 80℃ × 20~30 min → Dry
