Mending Agent for Polyester Fabric, Disperse Dye Correction Solution
Mending Agent 22130 is a complex of aromatic ester and surfactants. It has excellent transferring ability for disperse dyes. Under high temperature, it can promote dyes on fabrics to transfer from high concentration to low concentration, which makes fibers dyed evenly to achieve the purpose of mending dyeing defects and color spots. It is suitable for polyester fabrics dyed by disperse dyes.Oeko-Tex Standard 100 compliant.Contact us for free samples or expert guidance on formulas!

Mending Agent Instruction:
1.For slight dyeing defects and color spots, reference dosage: 1~3 g/L.
125~135℃×45~60 minutes
2.For severe dyeing defects and color spots, reference dosage: 3~5 g/L.
125~135℃×45~60 minutes
Note:
1.Generally mending temperature is higher than the dyeing temperature. 135℃ is the best.
(For fabrics of spandex and spandex blends, 125℃ is the best.)
Suitable time is 60 minutes.
2.When mending, it needs to add a proper amount of dyes, about 5~10% of the original amount of dyes.
