Silicone Softener Instruction

1. Padding Process:

Para tecidos leves e finos, dosagem de referência: 10~20 g/L

Para tecidos pesados e grossos, dosagem de referência: 20~30 g/L

A melhor faixa de pH da solução de trabalho: 6.0~7.0

Stenter: Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃×60~90 seconds

• Exhaust Process:

Dosagem de referência: 1,0~2,0% (o.w.f)

Proporção de banho: 1:20

Process: 40~50℃×10~20 minutes → Dewater  → Drying (100~120℃)
