Silicone Softener Instruction

1. Процесс набивки:

Для легких и тонких тканей, контрольная дозировка: 10~20 г/л

Для тяжелых и толстых тканей, контрольная дозировка: 20~30 г/л

Лучший диапазон pH рабочего раствора: 6.0~7.0

Stenter: Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃×60~90 seconds

• Процесс выхлопа:

Контрольная дозировка: 1,0~2,0% (o.w.f)

Соотношение ванн: 1:20

Process: 40~50℃×10~20 minutes → Dewater  → Drying (100~120℃)
