Silicone Softener Instruction

1. Padding Process:

Untuk kain yang ringan dan tipis, dosis referensi: 10 ~ 20 g / L

Untuk kain yang berat dan tebal, dosis referensi: 20 ~ 30 g/L

Kisaran pH terbaik untuk larutan kerja: 6.0~7.0

Stenter: Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃×60~90 seconds

• Exhaust Process:

Dosis referensi: 1.0 ~ 2.0% (owf)

Rasio rendaman: 1:20

Process: 40~50℃×10~20 minutes → Dewater  → Drying (100~120℃)
