Hydrophilic Finishing Agent Features

• Contains no prohibited chemical substances. Fits environmental protection requirements. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.

• Good compatibility. Can be used together with resin and dyes in same bath.
• Can be used in dyeing-softening one bath process, which simplify the process. Can effectively prevent creases and scratches in dyeing process.

• Suitable for padding and exhaust process both.

Hydrophilic Finishing Agent Instruction

1.It is high concentration product. Kindly suggest to dilute it by 1:4 with softening water and then use.

2.Exhaust Process:

• Reference dosage of diluted 33007: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)
• Bath ratio: 1:20
• Process: 40~50℃×10~20 minutes→Dewater  →Drying (100~120℃)
   

3.Padding Process:

• Reference dosage of diluted 33007: 10~20 g/L
• Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%)→160~170℃×60~90 seconds
• For used as antistatic agent, reference dosage is 20~40 g/L.
