- Respectively place two fabrics on the edge of a container with 40°C warm water.

1. Padding process (Suitable for polyester and nylon)
- Dosage: 30~60 g/L
- Process: Dipping and padding → Drying → Stenter (140~160℃)
2. Exhaust process (Suitable for small-lot production or elastic fabrics)
- Dosage: 3.0~6.0% (o.w.f)
- Bath ratio: 1:5~15
- Temperature: 25~40℃ × 20~30 minutes
- Finishing: Dewater → Drying → Stenter
Note: The Coolcore effect is related to dosage. Please determine the most appropriate dosage by preliminary experiment according to actual requirements.
