Anti-pilling Agent Features

  • Contains no formaldehyde or APEO. Fits environmental protection requirements.

  • Improves anti-pilling performance of fabrics.

  • Basically not decreases the hydrophilicity of fabric. Little influence on handle.

  • Good compatibility. Can be compatible with most nonionic, anionic and cationic auxiliary.

  • Especially suitable for padding process in stenter machine.

Anti-pilling Agent Instruction

Padding process:

Reference dosage of GN-1298: 40~80 g/L.

Nonionic wetting agent can be added according to the hydrophilicity of fabric surface.

Padding → Drying → Stenter

Note:

  1. GN-1298 has a certain viscosity. Suggestion: Please dilute it with water by 1:1 and the use.

  2. To achieve the best effect, please separately add Anti-pilling Agent GN-1298 in the last stenter process.
