Hydrophilic Finishing Agent Features

• Environmentally-friendly. Contains no prohibited substances, as APEO or formaldehyde, etc.
• Imparts fabrics long-lasting moisture absorption and quick-drying performance. Washable for more than 20 times.
• With big dosage, can be applied in the hydrophilic and coolcore finishing for nylon.
• Good compatibility with silicon oil. Can improve the hydrophilicity of silicone oil.

Hydrophilic Finishing Agent Instruction

1.Padding process (for nylon fabric):

Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L

Stenter: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160℃ × 60~90s

2.Exhaust process (for nylon fabric):

Reference dosage: 3.0~5.0% (o.w.f)

Process: After fixing, 70~80℃ × 20~30 min → Dry

Note: If have high requirement for wash resistance, kindly suggest to adopt exhaust process and use together with 66119 (50g/L) in sentering process.
