Hydrophilic Silicone Finishing Agent Instruction

1. Exhaust process:

Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:20

Process: 40~50℃ × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120℃)

2. Padding process:

Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L

Stenter: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃ × 60~90s

For use as an anti-static finishing agent, reference dosage: 10~20 g/L.
