Tính năng của chất làm mềm silicone:

1. Không chứa APEO hoặc các chất hóa học bị cấm. Phù hợp với các yêu cầu về bảo vệ môi trường. Phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn Otex-100 của Liên minh Châu Âu.
2. Good hydrophilicity on cotton and cotton blends. Not influences hydrophilicity on chemical fibers.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like handle.
4. Ít ngả vàng và ít đổi màu.
5. Self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the bath. Can be used together with special auxiliaries (as whitening agent and paint) in same bath.
6. High stability. Keeps excellent stability under different pH value and temperature.

8. Suitable for padding and exhaust process both.
9. If finished fabric needs modifying dyeing, easy to strip silicone. Easy to repair color. Easy to re-dye.

It can be applied in the hydrophilic and soft finishing process for fabrics of cotton, cotton blends, synthetic fiber, viscose fiber and cotton/polyester, etc., which makes fabrics soft and smooth.

It is especially suitable for ultra soft and smooth finishing for fabrics of natural fibers, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like.

1.Padding Process:

For light and thin fabric, reference dosage: 10~20 g/L

For heavy and thick fabric, reference dosage: 20~30 g/L

The best pH range of working solution: 6.0~7.0

Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170℃×60~90 seconds

2.Exhaust Process:

Reference dosage: 1.0~2.0% (o.w.f)

Tỷ lệ tắm: 1:20

Quy trình: 40~50℃×10~20 phút → Tách nước → Sấy (100~120℃)
